How ELITE Supported Employment Can Help Your Organisation

ELITE believe that anyone can work given the right training and support – depending on your circumstances, demographic and disability, we can match you to a project that is most suitable for you. Our dedicated team of Employment Advisors and Project Administrators are here to answer any questions you may have. Alternatively, if you are ringing on someone’s behalf or as a referrer, our team will be happy to help nonetheless. If you are unsure if you are eligible for ELITE’s services give us a call and we can discuss your options and provide confidential advice.

Upon receipt of a referral ELITE conduct a specialised assessment called a vocational profile. This enables us to get to know you, your skills, abilities, experience, work preference and circumstances.


  1. Pre-referral phone call – our Project Administrators
  2. Initial meeting
  3. Vocational Profile
  4. Development Planning
  5. Work Preparation and pre-employment support (e.g. CV Building, Travel Training)
  6. Supported Work Experience, Work Trial or Placement opportunity.
  7. Paid employment and in work support.
  8. Independent employment leading to job sustainment
