Specialist Employability Support (SES)
The Department of Work and Pensions Specialist Employability Support (SES) is a UK wide programme of intensive support and training. ELITE Supported Employment provides the support for South Wales. Our Employment Advisors enable SES participants to gain the skills necessary to prepare for work. SES is open to anyone with a disability and/or a long-term health condition.
No two SES journeys are the same – our packages of support are created for you to meet your needs. We offer specialist services in your community through our relationships with local employers. You’ll receive the support you need in the place best suited to you.
You can apply for SES if other employment schemes are not suitable for you.
