Who Are ELITE Paper and Plastics Solutions?
ELITE Paper and Plastics Solutions (EPS) is an award-winning Social Enterprise that provides a document management and recycling service to over 12000 customers across Wales, including Cardiff Council, NHS Cwm Taf Morgannwg and Caerphilly County Borough Council. EPS was founded in 2015 to provide a vocational experience to disabled people or those at a disadvantage in their pursuit of volunteering, training or employment. We've just begun our journey into plastics recycling.
EPS is the first stage of our participants and volunteers' journey to training, volunteering and employment. We support approximately 80 people per week and have a workforce of more than 75% of disabled staff.
We provide a range of employment, training and volunteering opportunities to over 300 people, aged 14 to 65+, in their development of vocational experiences and economic activity. Our workforce includes people who had previously been economically inactive, either due to their disability or circumstances. We're extremely proud of our fully inclusive workplace.
Our mission is to assist organisations reduce their carbon footprint through effective recycling of paper waste, whilst also serving the community through the creation of employment, volunteering and training opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people.

We offer complete peace of mind that your confidential information will be collected and destroyed in a highly secure manner (usually within 48 hours) and recycled appropriately, helping you to minimise your organisation's carbon footprint.
We offer both regular service contracts and one-off service contracts for the confidential scanning of your sensitive information. We can advise on storage options and duration in accordance with your organisation's Retention Schedule.
We supply and collect all storage boxes, and offer scanning and indexing of contents if required.

ELITE Animal Bedding is an environmentally friendly bed, using mixed corrugated cardboard cut finely into small strips, creating a unique design which helps to increase absorbency whilst maintaining a warm insulated barrier.
The shredded cardboard has many features you wouldn’t find in other types of bedding, including its extremely low dust content. This can be used to create a comfortable, supportive bedding within stables or animal enclosures.

ELITE Animal Bedding is made from used post-consumer cardboard - an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional bedding materials like wood or straw.
There's no dust and no fuss. Our bedding is dust extracted, meaning that your pets live and sleep in an environment virtually free from the dust that aggravates respiratory disease, whilst staying warm and dry at night too.
Our bedding is perfect for horse trainers and stables, donkeys, ponies, goats and other animals such as game birds, chickens, sheep, rabbits, poultry, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and rats.
It can also be used as an environmentally friendly packing filler.
