As part of our commitment to helping practitioners deliver excellence through the Connect to Work programme, we’ve developed a practical, three-step pathway designed to help professionals and organisations build real expertise in Supported Employment.

3-Day SEQF Overview (Online)

An in-depth introduction to the SEQF model principles and practical application across supported employment contexts.

2-Day Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI)

A hands-on approach to task analysis and skills development, equipping practitioners with practical tools for workplace-based support.

Level 3 Certificate for Supported Employment Practitioners (Online)

A nationally recognised qualification that reflects best practice in delivering supported employment services, mapped to the SEQF and aligned with the five-stage model.
