We have a history of employing people with disabilities and barriers into employment and we were keen to engage a young man with autism who had volunteered with us. The Engage to Change programme provided a perfect instrument for doing so, through its combination of support and job coaching. We met ELITE and signed up immediately. ELITE Supported Employment Ty Gwyn School

I have witnessed first-hand the pride ELITE have given to parents that in all probability never expected their child to be given - the employment opportunity that ELITE have delivered. I remember the initial phone call I made outlining my 'dream' of finding permanent employment for two of the very special young persons at our school. Within days, a meeting had been arranged and the first young person had been identified, and is now a very happy permanent member of staff here at the school. You have exceeded my hopes by opening up the doors of employment for these two young adults.
