National Apprenticeship Week

It's National Apprenticeship Week, and we're celebrating all our apprentices, including shared apprentices, supported shared apprentices, employers, and training providers.
It's little wonder the theme of this week is 'Skills for Life' as apprenticeship programmes are all about equipping individuals with the skills needed to thrive in their careers in a stronger, fairer and greener Wales. Supported Shared Apprenticeships provide a fantastic method for fostering inclusive employment through matching practical workplace learning with accredited qualifications. Apprentices prep for the real with comprehensive support from ELITE to ensure that everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
Keys to Success
A good apprenticeship programme relies on a few key factors: robust job coaching, strong collaboration with training providers, and employers who are committed to upskilling their workforce and opening the door to a diverse talent pool.
A Range of Qualifications
In partnership with Cambrian Training and Gower College, we're able to offer a variety of Level 2 qualifications, including usiness Administration, Fashion and Textiles, Customer Service, Cleaning and Support Services, Horticulture, Warehouse and Storage, and IT. We work with a wide variety of employers to provide amazing workplace opportunities.
So, if you're looking to build skills for life and be part of a more inclusive and skilled workforce, shared and supported shared apprenticeships are the way to go. Let's unlock opportunities together and celebrate the power of lifelong learning!
