Staff Spotlight: Molly

Molly is one of the success stories of the ELITE volunteering department. During her time in Cardiff University in 2018, Molly started volunteering with ELITE as part of the Project SEARCH section of our Engage to Change project. Assisting young adults with Autism into work placements in a voluntary capacity, Molly then applied for a full-time position with ELITE. In January 2019 – she started working as an ELITE Employment Advisor in the Newport region. In this time, Molly has developed her own style of support and communication using the skills and training given to her from our volunteering projects. In her spare time, Molly is an enthusiastic football player!
