About us

ELITE Supported Employment is a registered charity empowering disabled and disadvantaged people across South, Mid and West Wales. Our mission is far-reaching. We support hundreds of people every year with vocational opportunities, training and employment through our wide network of partnerships, funders and stakeholders, and our four Social Enterprises.

In 2025 ELITE joined forces with leading non-profit organisation, Fedcap to expand its mission to help even more people into sustainable work across the country.  This partnership has enabled ELITE to expand its current services across more regions, pilot new programmes aimed at supporting individuals with autism, mental health conditions, and complex disabilities, and benefit from Fedcap’s operational infrastructure and best-in-class programme models.

ELITE have a track record of supporting people through our services to achieve positive change in their lives. Our specialised services offer a one-to-one approach that is both holistic and person-centred. ELITE are experts in enabling people to transform their lives and find jobs. Our person-centered approach supports a diverse range of people with various barriers to employment to develop workplace skills. The core values of Supported Employment underpin our practices. They have driven the creation of our Social Enterprises. We believe everyone can work with the right job and the right assistance. Our inclusive support is built around the individual to promote choice and career satisfaction, enabling our participants to meet their life goals and aspirations.
