ELITE have been an active part of the Merthyr Tydfil community for many years. As part of our supported employment duties, we have assisted and enabled many individuals into meaningful employment through our structured training techniques. Our strong ties in Merthyr have allowed us to develop lasting relationships with local businesses whom we still support to this day. Alongside our supported employment efforts, we have also launched a social enterprise in the area. ELITE Paper Solutions is a paper recycling factory that offers scanning, storage and shredding services while offering employment opportunities to those in the local area – both with and without disabilities.

With an office based in the ELITE Paper Solutions complex on Merthyr Industrial Estate – our team of dedicated Employment Advisors are always on hand to service Merthyr Tydfil and the surrounding areas.
