ELITE’s continued presence and influence in Swansea has offered the city supported employment services for many years! In order to meet demand, ELITE have teamed up with Shaw Trust to provide an office base in Llandarcy!

From this location in North Swansea, ELITE have established a team of highly skilled Employment Advisors who travel across Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and West Wales helping those at a disadvantage or disability into employment. Swansea has seen ELITE provide job placements in industries such as retail, catering, administration and IT (just to name a few) and continues to support the city moving forward in supported employment.
